Sleepy Hollow Chimney Sweeps, a small family owed chimney sweep, maintenance and repair company also offering, gas fireplace, wood stove/insert and pellet unit installations, located in Deer Park, Long Island. Looking for a confident self-starter to handle customer service inquiries, establish and manage daily schedules for field technicians, co-ordinate and acquire service components among other tasks.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Daily scheduling and preparation of technician's schedules, along with daily revision of work to be performed and/or scheduled. Heavy phone support for customers, service and Maintenace.
Manage technical support process for new and existing customers, some warranty claim work.
General office duties, phone, filing, emails, etc.
Management of service and repair components for field tech (relating to scheduled work)
Scheduling of site check outs, installations and co-ordination of purchase orders.
Management of general office supplies.
Qualifications, experience preferred but not required - on the job training given:
Prior experience with managing service/field tech helpful, heavy phone skills, polite phone manner and excellent customer service interaction. Working knowledge of Excel / QuickBooks / General computer skills
