Responsibilities:
Enter data, maintain records and create financial reports in Quick-books
Reconcile all vendor statements with invoices
Enter all daily invoicing into Quick-books
Apply all account receivable and payable transactions in Quick-books
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Understanding and maintaining the production calendar
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist onsite customers
Answer inbound telephone calls
Maintain organized filing systems
Perform any other duties asked from management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask and work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Strong Customer Service a MUST
Strong Computer skills, Microsoft and Quick books. (Mandatory)
Strong Follow up Follow up Follow up on daily task.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to initiate and follow through on tasks independently
