Position Available Immediately! Busy commercial carpentry company in Hauppauge, NY is looking for a full-time office/administrative assistant to perform a variety of clerical and office support duties. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-starter and a team player who welcomes the opportunity to grow with the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Answer phones and direct calls/messages as needed

+ File job-related documentation

+ Update employee records as needed

+ Maintain OSHA and other Safety documents & files

+ Type Proposals for fellow staff

Skills Needed:

+ Strong Computer Skills; including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF) and electronic filing

+ Strict attention to detail

+ Previous office experience a plus

+ Knowledge of the Construction industry is a plus

+ Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
