Looking for an energetic, self-motivated, creative, confident person to work at a well established Long Island based company as an office administrator assistant and bookkeeper. You need to be well organized, have excellent phone skills and be able to work alone and with others in a great work environment.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Effectively perform day-to-day administrative, bookkeeping and customer service tasks.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills with the ability to multi-task, work with others or independently when needed.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
Answer phone, fax/file/photocopy documents, print reports, billing, ect.
Prior Administrative and/or Bookkeeping experience required
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Docs and experienced general knowledge of computers/internet
Assist with responsibilities in the area of payroll, account receivables/ payables.
