Must have office experience, computer knowledge, be able to multi task, and perform all types of Administrative duties such as the following:
. Research and vet subcontractors.
. Research and vet vendors.
. Assist with AIA Documents data entry.
. Handle and filter emails for various jobs.
. Follow up on long lead items orders and cross reference with job schedule.
. Update and maintain client and subcontractors logs in the Google Drive.
. Update documents and maintain the Google Drive.
. Follow up on Daily Construction Reports and site attendance submissions.
. Basic office work, answering telephones, receive material orders, sort incoming and outgoing mail.
. Recruit prospective employees.
. Long Island based.
. Bilingual Spanish-English.
. Drivers License is a plus.
