Perform general office tasks.
Enter, track and manage purchase orders.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking.
Experience a must.
Experience in Trade procedures a plus!
