Office assistant / Administrator

Seeking part time office assistant for AV / security installation company.

Job responsibilities include:

- Data entry

- Communicating with clients via phone/email

- Invoicing and receivables

Candidate must be able to work independently and have good communication skills. Comfortable working environment in small commercial office park.

This position is part-time and schedule is flexible (probably 2 or 3 8 hour days)
