Online sales company/ Warehouse looking for an experienced, personable and efficient individual to provide administrative assistance. We are seeking a candidate with previous QuickBooks experience, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update customer database as needed
-Book and track shipments for merchandise sold or purchased.
-Answering and directing incoming phone calls, Responding to emails from customers or suppliers, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks.
-Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable and billing, general bookkeeping with Quickbooks
-Contact vendors with questions or concerns about bills and answers customer's inquiries.
-Maintain inventory
-Help creating and managing online sales listings
Qualifications:
- Basic Computer skills are essential for this position
- Great attention to detail
- Possess top notch organizational skills
- Have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Possess a positive attitude
- Be a strong multi-tasker
- Microsoft Office
- Driving license
