Office Assistant - Full Time Administrative Work In Office

We are an insurance agency network seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented full time candidate to join our team in office located in Port Washington, NY.

As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks including answering phones, drafting emails, and retrieving online and internal reports and documents to share with clients via email. This is a full-time, in-office position that supports the operations and service team of our Port Washington, NY office.

No previous experience or knowledge of insurance is required. We will provide training for the responsibilities of this role.
