Must have Previous Office Experience

Good Communication Skills with clients and staff

Flexible Hours

Compensation: $20 - $25 (Based on experience)

We are an Electrical Contractor in Hampton Bays is looking for an Office Assistant with good organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing Clients and Sending Proposals through QuickBooks

Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquires and scheduling

Deal with Vendors, Contractors, & Our Staff

Manage day-to-day emails, and online calendar system

Handling and organizing timesheets and employee worksheets

Perform other office duties as needed / assigned

Basic Clerical Tasks
