Electrical Contracting company seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, organized and dynamic full-time Office Assistant.
Responsibilities Will Include :
- Heavy scheduling & coordinating appointments for electricians
- Manage email/phone work flow
- Filing, scanning, faxing documents
- Write correspondence emails
- Maintain records and files
- Other assignments, as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years office assistant w/scheduling experience preferred
- Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Quickbooks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Dependable
Hours : 9:00am-5:00pm
