Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Perform general filing and office organization tasks
Create and manage invoices accurately and efficiently
Maintain project and office records, ensuring all documentation is up to date
Assist with general office tasks as needed
Perform light office cleaning to maintain a tidy and professional workspace
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a construction or related industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
