Be proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook and have experience with Excel
Have some knowledge of QuickBooks
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Billing
Answer phones
Communicating with our technicians
Taking and relaying detailed messages
Dispatching
Assisting with the day-to-day office operations
