Responsibilities:
Answer & filter incoming calls and direct call traffic to the proper person,
Managing the daily calendar scheduling and confirming appointments,
Organizes, and maintains files, documents, and logs,
Handles and processes mail, takes messages, and provides general information,
Insert items into the Inventory system, Providing data entry support,
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment,
Clerical day-to-day office requests,
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions,
Preparing expense reports,(Training provided)
Ability to resolve routine problems,
Preparing Payroll, (Training provided)
Compensation: $17/hr (8 am- 2:30 pm)
Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience working in an office environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Team player, self-motivated, and proactive.
Must possess effective organizational skills and pay close attention to detail
Basic computer skills required
Ability to multitask
