We are offering the opportunity for 100 individuals to work REMOTELY as a FEDERALLY LICENSED MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER. As an Employee of a federal Credit Union, you will have the ability to offer a variety of loan products and resources to assist low, low and low-to- moderate income families in becoming home owners. You will have access to down payment assistance and resources to get clients mortgage-ready.
As a 50 STATE MLO with our platform there is :
NO S.A.F.E. Exam
No State Licensure
No Annual Recertification or State Renewal Fees
Training Is Provided & You Select Your Work Hours
Must Pass A FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK
Earn Commissions on All Loans Closed
100-140 BASIS POINTS (1-1.4% of the Loan Amount).
Example: If you close 3 homes at $250,000 the direct commission is $7,500
Earn 10 BASIS POINTS for MLO referrals who complete Loans as well
Earn in a Keller Williams style Bonus Pool
Additional commissions and earnings available, including $500-$1500 Rent/Mortgage Allowance for high achievers
