Office admin needed for luxury real estate brokerage in Syosset with 25+ agents and a general manager
Duties include:
- Adding listings into Matrix/MLS as needed
- Keeping documents organized for office/agents
- Regular posts to social media as needed
- Handing incoming calls professionally
- Making small edits to website from Placester dashboard as needed (rare and would only consist of uploading photos/text)
- Maintaining agent roster via Google Sheets/Google Workspace admin
Requirements:
- Ability to be in office 10am - 5pm Monday-Friday but very flexible with days off/etc.
- Attention to detail with online communication/property descriptions/emails and social media marketing
- Experience working in a real estate office or being around real estate agents a plus
- Familiarity with Matrix/MLS, Canva, Google Workspace, Placester (or a quick learner all simple systems)
Willingness to train and eventually get licensed is always welcomed but not necessary
