Property Manager (Long Island)
Long Island Real Estate Management Company seeking experienced on-site property manager. Serves as property manager for daily operation of large central Nassau County residential condominium.
Responsible for oversight of property, interaction with homeowners, supervision of maintenance staff, attendance at Board meetings, schedule required repairs, confirm required repairs and maintenance completed, responsible for inspection of buildings, issue work orders, approve payments, monitor arrears, obtain proposals, supervise vendors, insure rules and regulations of property are adhered to, issue violations and fines as necessary, coordinate routine repetitive maintenance, respond to homeowner requests and inquiries, over see seasonal preparations, coordinate annual municipal inspections.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years management and supervisory experience, proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal and organizational skills.
