Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating property transactions, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for real estate agents. Handle social media.

Client Interaction: Assist with client inquiries, schedule property showings, and ensure a positive client experience.

Documentation: Prepare and process real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.

Transaction Coordination: Assist in managing the transaction process from listing to closing, ensuring all paperwork and deadlines are met.

Marketing: Help create and distribute marketing materials, including property listings, social media content, and flyers.

Database Management: Maintain and update client and property databases with accurate information.

Office Management: Order supplies, manage office equipment, and maintain an organized workspace.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in real estate or a similar administrative role is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) is a plus. Canva, Facebook, Instagram, etc

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in business or a related field is a plus.
