Real Estate Manager wanted, full time, to help with all phases of Real Estate management. General computer knowledge is a plus. A car is necessary. The office is in Valley Stream but will have to travel to Brooklyn a few times a week. Should have good personal and phone manners. Should be able to work with and oversee building personnel and schedule their work, coordinating repairs between super and tenant. Will also deal with Tenants, delinquencies, Leases, Lease renewals, violations etc. Please email resume if interested.
