Position Summary: Uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards

Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient and friendly manner

Acknowledge all customers with a friendly smile and is highly responsive to needs and requests

Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way

Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly

Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency

Wrap and stock desserts and supplies

Place desserts out for display and monitor inventory of items out for sale

Keep workstations and areas neat and clean

Position requires standing and walking for long period

Occasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required
