Printing and marketing shop seeking a kind, detail-oriented customer service representative. Join the largest printing franchise in the world while working for a small business with opportunities to grow. You will be responsible for providing customer service by interacting with our customers in-person, via email, & phone to support a commercial printing operation. In addition, you will need to learn how to operate digital printing equipment.
This team member will need to communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively relay the wishes of customers to the graphic design department. Sales or marketing experience preferred but not necessary. Printing or graphic design experience not required, but is a bonus. The ability to learn our software and pricing structure will be key.
Responsibilities:
- In-person interaction with walk-in customers
- Processing payments
- Answer phones, respond to emails and customer service inquiries.
- Entering, quoting and setting up jobs using our proprietary software.
- Design File Preparation for Printing
- Follow with customers and keep them updated on their job status.
- Operating digital copier equipment.
- Present the company in positive, professional, and supportive manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and ready to learn.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintains high standards for work areas and appearances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication & phone skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people.
