B2B (eCommerce) Sales Manager

Job Description:
Sales Manager is responsible for driving the sales of existing and new marketplace channels such as Amazon,
1-800-Flowers and digital boutique sales platforms. In addition, this role develops B2B and corporate gifting as well as select key global sales initiatives.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop and grow existing marketplaces (Amazon), select dropship marketplaces (1800flowers), and digital boutique market places and digital platforms (UberEats, Google Business, etc.).
-End-to-end management of the assigned market places while leveraging other departments.
-Develop year-end and ongoing B2B sales with a focus on hotels, corporate gifting and company perks programs
-Develop and execute event sales and event activation
-Be responsible for the P&L in each area: optimize the various variables by segment that effect the P&L: consumer pricing, freight structures across seasons, assortment and gift options, customizations & discount policies.
-Drive automation and process improvement in the management of all assigned channels.
-Provide timely customer service towards consumers and our trade contacts across the market places as well as B2B customers. Be resourceful to trouble shoot issues.
-Manage product representation in each marketplace and work with each marketplace systems and contacts to execute the sales plan.
-Work with marketing to launch digital assets across market places and CRM
-Provide forecasting and Inventory management according to each external platforms dashboards and our internal systems. Coordinate with internal teams and provide timely updates across our various seasons.
-Responsible for achieving Sales Goal and managing expenses within Budget
-Manage and regularly update key items being added or dropped from customers assortment
