Your Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to connect us with business owners who are interested in selling their company and signing with our firm to bring their business to market. Your involvement ends after the introduction and initial handoff. Our internal team manages the rest.
What You’ll Do
● Reach out to owners across various industries (auto, service, retail, construction, and more)
● Explain our process and identify owners who may be considering a sale
● Secure a warm introduction or connect the owner directly with our team
● Maintain light follow-up until they are signed as a client
● Track outreach activity and contacts
Ideal Candidate
● Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
● Comfortable making outreach calls and sending emails to business owners
● Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer relations is helpful but not required
● Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented

What You’ll Do:
Prospect and connect with business owners interested in selling
Evaluate businesses, prepare valuation reports, and develop marketing strategies
List businesses for sale and manage buyer inquiries
Negotiate deal terms and facilitate closing in coordination with attorneys and accountants
Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales, finance, or real estate background (business brokerage experience a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals at once
Licensed real estate agent or willingness to become licensed (varies by state)
