What you can expect:

· This is an entirely phone-based position; no face-to-face contact required

· experience working in the following industries could be a plus - mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, and/or personal finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of inbound calls.
Identify and escalate legitimate prospect calls while filtering out spam.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with agitated callers.
Accurately log call details and follow up on legitimate inquiries.
Provide general administrative support including scheduling appointments and data entry.
What we are offering you:
· Highly Competitive Compensation – PLUS Monthly Commission
· Our Current Agents are Making Commissions 5K-30K a month and higher
Who You Are:
· Speak with a strong and clear phone voice (vocabulary and grammar included)
· Juggles multiple tasks at one time
· Exercises patience and compassion on the phone, regardless of caller demographic/identity
· General experience with Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software
