We are seeking an Experienced Demolition Estimator to join our team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare accurate & detailed cost estimates for demolition projects
-Analyze project plans, specs & requirements to determine scope of work
-Must attend walk thrus, site visits
-Negotiate pricing & contract terms with contractors
-Prepare bid packages & submit proposals to clients
EXPERIENCE:
-Proven experience in demolition estimating
-Ability to read & interpret project plans, specs & details
-Strong knowledge of demolition estimating, techniques
