Job Summary: Day 1 Distro is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to facilitate the distribution of product samples to retail locations. This role is vital to increasing brand visibility and customer engagement in retail settings. The Brand Ambassador will ensure that samples and promotional materials are delivered on time, effectively introduce our products to retail staff, and collect valuable feedback from store managers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to receive samples and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute efficient routes for dropping off samples at designated retail locations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Educate store personnel on product features, benefits, and selling points.
- Capture and report feedback from store representatives regarding product reception and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sample distribution, store visits, and feedback.
- Provide insights to the marketing team on opportunities and challenges observed during store visits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail, sales, or promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in a similar promotional role.
- Familiarity with the retail industry and store operations.
- Enthusiasm for our products and industry.
Work Environment: This role involves travel to various retail locations within the designated area, which may require lifting boxes or carrying promotional materials. It generally involves light physical activity but will require a fair amount of time spent on the road.
Salary and Benefits:
