We are dedicated to providing exceptional dog training services to pet owners throughout Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the 5 Boros. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach to training, helping dogs and their owners build strong, lasting relationships.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Go-To Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for dogs and a desire to help pet owners enhance their dogs’ behavior and training. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, driving sales, understanding their needs, maintain and build relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals and promoting our training services. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including email, calls and texts through company phone and social media.
- Scheduling client bookings for meet & greet appointments and lessons. Sending out invoices, confirming payments and deposits.
- Conduct sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Be proficient in computers and CRM software
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pet industry or related fields.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong knowledge of Revelation Pets/Gingr software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for dogs and dog training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
