What You’ll Do
Depending on the role, you may:
Greet and serve guests with warmth, speed, and attention to detail
Support and lead front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-level hospitality
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and systems
Maintain Carissa’s standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
Work closely with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure seamless service
Who We’re Looking For
Counter Staff: Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn. No experience required—we’ll provide the training.
AGM / Management: Experienced hospitality leaders (3+ years preferred), organized, people-focused, and skilled communicators who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.
