Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team at Brooklyn Doors. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting our products and generating sales in the Farmingdale, NY area. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our doors and related products.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotes to potential customers.

· Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

· Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM software.

· Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or home improvement industry, is preferred but not required.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

· Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.

· Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
