Responsibilities:
As a sales broker or telemarketer at JAS Galleries, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and collecting interests.
2. Presenting our diverse range of numismatic products and services in a compelling manner.
3. Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing accurate information and expert guidance.
4. Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
5. Executing telemarketing strategies to generate leads, promote products, and secure sales opportunities.
6. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a sales broker or telemarketer, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong persuasive abilities and the talent to convey the value of our products effectively.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with numismatic products and collecting trends is a plus.
- High school diploma required
