Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Estimator to join our busy construction office. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing, siding, and gutters, and be comfortable meeting with homeowners to provide estimates and solutions.
Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments (no cold calling).
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and send written proposals via email or mail.
Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
Actively work toward generating new business.
Requirements:
Experience in roofing, siding, and gutters (required).
Bilingual: English & Spanish (Preferred but not required).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Ability to read and understand specifications and blueprints.
Strong math, communication, and active listening skills.
High-energy, self-motivated, and confident personality.
Availability to work Monday–Saturday (Saturday required).
Compensation:
Full-time position.
Salary will be discussed during the interview and is based on experience.
