You will receive thorough training on all aspects of solar and sales to ensure your success. While you will be working to create most of your own leads, your efforts will be complemented with the provided leads from our marketing department.

Responsibilities:
- Create new customer accounts through canvassing, social media, or other self-directed activities
- Be highly responsible when assigned to a company provided customer appointment
- Using our sales process or your own, develop and present a compelling case for each customer to switch to solar
- Complete accurate paperwork with the customer to enroll them in solar
- Follow up with customers throughout the process of switching to solar, making sure they are informed and excited while their project is being completed
- Be organized and timely to update the CRM
- Sell home upgrades for customers that need electrical work or roofing
- Stay up to date on current product offerings, developments in the industry, and incentives for your homeowners to take advantage of
Required Qualifications:
- Proven outside sales experience
- Ability to set realistic goals and execute your plan
- Be a good person and want to help customers
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Solar or other in home sales experience
- Our top sales representatives come from solar, pest control, alarms, lawn care, roofing, and many other industries.
- You will be able to sell solar, roofing, and HVAC systems and we are always open minded to new offerings that can be paired with solar to maximize the customers benefit and your earning potential.
