About the Role
We’re looking for dedicated Stylist Assistants who want to build a real career in the beauty industry. You’ll help our stylists with shampoos, client prep, and daily salon operations while learning the fundamentals that lead to becoming a stylist.
This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to learn, hardworking, and ready to grow. Success comes from commitment - taking pride in doing the small things well, building trust with clients and stylists, and steadily earning your place on the floor.
Because of our location and summer traffic, you must live locally (within a short commute to Bridgehampton) to ensure an easy, reliable commute year-round.
