Bilingual Technical Support Specialist
Location: Onsite in Jericho, NY for 1 month (then fully remote)
Training Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Post-Training Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring payment terminals, and ensuring a seamless experience for merchants using our products. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Valor PayTech’s products and services to merchants and partners
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with urgency and accuracy
Configure, program, and deploy payment terminals and software
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Document support activities and contribute to knowledge base updates
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of technical support
Bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English (required)
Familiarity with POS systems, payment hardware/software is a plus
Experience in computer support or onsite technical roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
