We are looking for an ambitious IT and Customer Support Specialist to join our office in Hicksville.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote-in software, Teams/Zoom chat.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a background in IT support.
Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, policies, procedures, processes, and procurement workflows.
Perform weekly and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity and reliability of our systems and data.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
Support for Microsoft related technologies: Windows 10/11, Office 365, VoIP, basic networks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
