Long island manufacturer is looking for an individual who is punctual, dependable, and will bring a positive attitude to the workplace, immediate full-time lock technician position available. Must be able to problem solve and multitask from department to department. The hours are from Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, 40 hours per week. $18-25 Depending upon experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be able to cut keys by code and cut keys on a duplicating machine.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Must be able to communicate well with peers and customers.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must be able to be on time to start the day.
Must be able to write and maintain master keys systems in both A2 and A4 small format interchangeable core.
Needs to be able to load small format cores.
Looking for someone that can fit into our staff well and have basic knowledge of locks and are willing to learn. This shop is very heavy in SFIC. We are willing to teach this if candidate has other experience in this field. This is a technical and support roll .
