The Construction Company is looking for an experienced /Project Manager to join our team. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience in construction We are looking for a motivated self-starter We work on a variety of renovations projects ranging from cleanup / demolition to custom home renovations.
JOB SUMMARY -
. Relevant experience in the construction field is required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS -
Working knowledge of NYS building codes, Xactimate, estimating developing material list, managing construction crews, coordinate with subcontractors, bilingual (Spanish) good people skills to communicate with homeowners
Highly organized and the ability to multitask
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive attitude under pressure
Ability to solve problems creatively and infer solutions with given information
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE -
Job scheduling
Regularly visiting site and verifying field conditions
Communicate with clients and keep them informed
Reading and following plans documenting the process from start to finish
Sourcing and ordering material and hardware
Scheduling and meeting with clients and subcontractors
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with clients
Supervising both employees and subcontractors
Quality control on-site
Organizing and tracking building components and expenses
Includes both in field and in-house work
