A leader in high-end custom woodworking is seeking an experienced Cabinet + Custom Millwork Finisher to join our team. If you have a passion for fine craftsmanship and an eye for detail, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to bespoke projects that showcase your finishing expertise.
Duties
Prepare and finish custom cabinetry and millwork using paints, stains, glazes, and other finishing techniques.
Perform sanding, surface preparation, and finishing processes to achieve a flawless final product.
Accurately mix and apply paint formulas to ensure precise color matching based on project specifications.
Inspect and maintain quality standards throughout the finishing process.
Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines and client expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper care of finishing equipment and materials.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet or custom millwork finishing.
In-depth knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and tools, including paints, stains, and glazes.
Strong understanding of paint formulas and the ability to mix custom colors accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
