finishing experence. Job requirements include:
Prepare and finish custom cabinetry and millwork using paints, sains, glazes and other finishing techniques
Perform sanding, surface preparation and finishing processes to achieve a flawless finial product
Accurately mix and apply paint formulas to ensure precise color matching based on project specifications
Inspect and maintain quality standards throughtout the finishing process
Work closely with the production team to meet project timelines and client expectations
Miminum of 10 years experience in cabinet and custom millwork finishing required
Strong understanding of paint formulas and the ability to mix custom colors accurately.
