We are seeking an individual with experience in remodeling related tasks. Daily work will include all aspects of carpentry from framing to trim, as well as being able to work with other trades on jobsites to complete projects in an efficient manner. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, with possible Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jobsite locations will be mostly Nassau and Western Suffolk counties.
Requirements:
Knowledge in carpentry
Knowledge of tools and materials
Strong communication skills
Ability to solve problems and are detail oriented
Basic carpentry hand tools are a plus, all other tools will be provided
Valid / Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to be put on payroll
Willing to train individuals with a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
Pay based on experience, ready for immediate hire.
