Construction Superintendent

Work with the owner to communicate & coordinate with our construction teams of the day to day work at the projects, make sure they have the necessary supplies they need to do their job the day and week before so not to have any delays on the jobsites.

Communicate and follow up with sub-contractors to insure they have what they need and when they need items for each project their hired to work at.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need.

Work with the owner to prepare written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses, this includes procuring estimates from sub-contractors, vendors & suppliers either by phone, email, or the internet.

Create and keep written inventory of the supplies & equipment stored in the main warehouse.

Common knowledge of the roads from NYC to the Hamptons to deliver materials from vendors or the warehouse to the job-sites.

Maintain the electronic files for each future and current projects.
