Experienced Electrician Wanted – Partner Track, No License Needed (Hamptons)
This is not your typical job ad. I’m a master electrician and owner of a 25-year-old business in The Hamptons doing high-end residential work for loyal clients. I’ve built something real — but I can’t run it alone anymore. I need someone who knows the trade and is ready to step up.
I’m offering a partner-track opportunity — not just a paycheck. You’ll help manage fieldwork, oversee jobs, interface with clients and crew, and learn what it takes to run a respected business.
You do not need to be licensed — but you must:
Know residential electrical work inside and out (code, troubleshooting, layout, etc.)
Show up on time and sober
Be reliable and steady
Want more out of your career than just grinding till you drop
