Job Description:
We are looking for a Skilled, Experienced and Reliable Industrial Mechanic to join our Maintenance Team to assist in maintaining our Electrical Machinery, Mechanical, Plumbing and Welding. New Machinery Installation, Etc.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain All Machinery. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Pneumatic and Welding.
- Troubleshooting function failures.
- Proactive Mindset Approach to Maintaining our Machines.
- Reliability Experience (Vibration, Oil Analysis, Ultrasonic, Lubrication, Etc.)
- Storeroom Management
- CMMS Experience
- Self Starter & Team Player
- HVAC Equipment Experience
- Precision Maintenance (Motor and Pump Alignment, Bearing Installation, Chain and Sprocket)
- Responsible for Installing New Machines
- Adherence to OSHA Safety Standards Requirements
- Communicate with the Operation Team about any issues with the Machine and with the workflow
- Perform Preventive Maintenance on All Machines
Requirements:
- Advance Electrical Experience and Technical Knowledge
- Electrical and Mechanical Background
- Strong Attitude to Learn
- Bi-Lingual Helpful but not Required
Physical Demands and Work Requirement:
- Lifting and Bending
- Standing for a Long Period of Time
- Ability to Lift Over 50 Lbs.
Starting Salary is $30 per hour.
