Requirements:
Must have your own basic set of tools
Hands-on experience with framing, installing doors and windows, and doing trim/molding work
Ability to take direction and assist senior carpenters and mechanics on-site
Reliable transportation, strong work ethic, and good communication skills
What You’ll Do:
Assist with framing, door/window installs, and molding work under supervision
Handle jobsite setup, cleanup, and tool/material prep
Work closely with experienced team members and continue building your skills
