Responsibilities
Lead and perform electrical installations, repairs, and service calls for residential and commercial clients
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide code-compliant solutions
Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and job specifications
Manage job sites, uphold safety standards, and maintain clean, organized work areas
Train and oversee apprentices to ensure consistent workmanship
Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members
Support scheduling and job flow by coordinating with office staff
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of field experience as an electrician (residential and commercial)
Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job sites independently
Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
Solid troubleshooting and service call experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders as required
