PMI Lighthouse is seeking a reliable and skilled part-time handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills and experience in general repairs and maintenance. Plumbing skills are highly desirable, and electrical skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry work (e.g., building and repairing structures, furniture, and fixtures).
Conduct basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, unclogging drains).
Assist with electrical tasks (e.g., replacing light fixtures, installing outlets) as needed.
Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and minor installations.
Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively with property management to report issues and update on job progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Strong carpentry skills are essential.
Basic plumbing skills are highly desirable.
Basic electrical skills are a plus.
Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
