We are a well established, on water, full service boat yard facility looking for a smart, motivated mechanic to join our team. We are looking for a full time experienced tech but are open to hiring all levels of marine mechanics, from experienced techs to junior mechanics. The position is full or part time. These positions offer EXCELLENT TOP pay and would be year round for the right person. We offer full medical benefits if needed and retirement benefits that we contribute to. Our technicians also get sent to factory training every year. An experienced technician would be someone familiar with fuel injected and carbureted inboard, sterndrive, and outboard engine repair and maintenance. We also perform basic diesel engine maintenance on power and sail boats as well. If you’ve worked on boats you know you’ll do a bit of everything: engines, marine wiring (12V and 110V), electronics installation, rigging, plumbing, etc. We are a dealer for MerCruiser, Mercury, and Volvo Penta and work on all makes and models of marine engines. We are a full service facility and offer all aspects of Marine repair. Your salary will be based on your experience and expertise. My shop is different from other places. I am a marine mechanic with almost 30 years experience. I still turn a wrench every day. If you are a good mechanic, I AM NOT AFRAID TO PAY YOU WHAT YOU ARE WORTH.
