We’re seeking a Master/Finish Carpenter with a proven track record in high-end residential construction to join our team. This is a full-time position for a detail-oriented, experienced professional who takes pride in top-quality craftsmanship and thrives in a team environment.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in residential construction (required)
Proficient with millwork, cabinetry, and fine finish carpentry
Strong understanding of measurements, volume, and basic math
Must have own complete tool set and demonstrate high-quality craftsmanship
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members
Commitment to safety and quality on every project
Perform precise millwork installations, including custom paneling and cabinetry
Install crown molding, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry with precision
Apply protective coverings to finished surfaces before and during work
Ensure all installed elements are level, aligned, and fully functional
Occasionally assist with other on-site construction tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all site safety standards
