OFFICE FIELD OPERATIONS DIRECTOR NEEDED (SECURITY SYSTEMS COMPANY-AMITYVILLE, NEW YORK)
You are a dispatch and people management guru. In this role, you will answer the phone and manage dispatch, arrange service call requests, oversee technician schedules, and help manage projects. Providing customer service is fifty percent of the role.
You have superior people skills and some security technician abilities. You are highly organized and keep meticulous notes. You have direct work experience installing, configuring, and servicing Access Control, CCTV, Burglar, and Fire Alarms. If not all, that's okay—you can learn. You will assist project managers with planning and have an eye for detail. The ideal candidate is passionate about the security industry and understands the business.
In this role, you are the point person for the field, manage technicians day-to-day, and provide support to them as needed.
