Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues with expertise and precision.
Handling a diverse range of plumbing tasks, from repairs and installations to system replacements.
Clearly communicating findings and repair options to customers, offering expert advice as necessary.
Completing approved repairs and installations within industry standards and in a timely manner.
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction upon job completion and addressing any post-repair concerns.
Collecting payment for services rendered.
Providing customers with information on service agreements, upgrades, and additional solutions.
Identifying opportunities for quality and cost improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in residential plumbing, including troubleshooting and repairs.
Ability to safely lift and manage plumbing equipment and materials.
Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and welding.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving and criminal record.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
